The main circuit board of your Mac Portable contains circuitry that turns the various components of your system on in the correct sequence. This circuitry has failed.
What to do
You will probably have to replace the main circuit board of your computer. Before you do that, be sure that the small 9 volt battery (located just behind the main battery) is still good. If it isn’t, replace it and your problem MAY go away.
